Facade insulation technology: what you need to know

Surely many of us have encountered a problem such as blowing a house. It seems that there are no cracks, but still, from somewhere. This problem can be solved using polystyrene (or foam). The foam is also convenient in that with its help you can level out the outer walls. It can be used both on a wooden house, and on a brick (it is suitable for almost every reason). Also, using foam, you can make a decorative plaster in your home (if your appearance is important).

Consider the technology of the facade insulation. We will need polystyrene (100×50 cm), tile glue, dowel-grooves for foam (umbrella), glass mesh.

First you should draw a horizontal line from the place from which insulation will occur. After that, tile glue should be stirred (tile glue has very good adhesion). After that, you should make small files on the foam on the inside (so that the glue is better kept on the foam). Then stick a foam sheet on the wall (you can immediately glue several sheets). Next, take the construction level (at least 2 m) and level the foam on the plane. When laying the second row, cut 50 cm from the foam, so that the dressing would be obtained. After the facade of the building is glued with polystyrene, you should halve holes and insert umbrellas (in no case should they clog them, since the glue does not dry out and the whole structure will shift). After the tile glue dries, it is necessary to score umbrellas so that the hats do not stick out (drown a little). Next, we will need tile glue with animals, you can make a glass mesh. To begin with, the glue is smeared with a thin layer on a furniture shield, then the grid is glued, and then again should be stretched out with glue, so to speak, align the surface.

After drying, the surface is ready for applying decorative plaster. This method allows you to protect the surface from atmospheric precipitation, as well as prevent wall blowing.
